A quick hop from Namche (3,440 m) to Lukla (2,860 m). Duration is only about 5 minutes due to the short distance. This micro transfer is popular to skip the same return routes, weather delays strand trekkers or to catch an early flight from Lukla. Though brief, the flight still offers stunning views of Ama Dablam and the Khumbu valley as you descend.

We typically schedule this leg in combination with other sectors (e.g., Namche→Kathmandu charter). Boarding at Namche’s helipad, a short scenic flight lands at Lukla. Helipad staff assist with any baggage transfer to your onward flight.
Although brief, the flight is conducted by the same high-altitude-certified helicopters and pilots as our longer charters. All safety protocols are followed. This hop is ideal when minutes count; offering a secure way to leapfrog across the terrain.
